Our Story

Junidec Investment CC was founded in 2024 by Junias Mushelenga with a simple goal: give Namibian homeowners and businesses a single, dependable partner for planning, building, and sourcing without the usual back-and-forth between separate contractors.

What started as a house-planning practice has grown into a multi-disciplinary company spanning architectural design, construction, procurement, and technical analysis, all delivered by one Namibian-owned team that takes responsibility for a project from first sketch to final handover.
